In the first two weeks of the month, (until the Sun moves to Leo), planets are congregating in the air sign of Libra, and the water signs of Pisces and Cancer. This combination of water and air (with Rahu in Virgo, earth) often brings tornados, hurricanes, and even tsunamis! Be sure to go to read Planetary Tips to see when these transits occur.
Once every 500 years, give or take, Ketu transits Pisces, Rahu transits Virgo and Jupiter transits in exaltation along with Saturn in exaltation. (The favored constellation, Cancer and Libra respectively for each planet producing the most good, or best effects). The last time this occurred was 1717, the present 2014 combination will next occur in 2572. The combination can be spiritual (a Pope was born in 1717) or challenging (Blackbeard did his mischief in 171 7). Both trends are possible in 2014, depending upon the natal charts (of people already born, and those that will be born in 2014).
