Our Jyotish Star of the Month is Jaimini scholar and consulting astrologer Phyllis Chubb of Canada interviewed by Juliana Swanson of Hawaii.
Phyllis has also written an article on her research with the Ashtakavarga system of chart interpretation. Ashtakavarga came from Parashara because he realized that most people would not be able to interpret a chart. So he developed Shad Bala to show a percentage strength for planets and Ashtakavarga to show strength of houses.
