The Chief Editor of The Astrological eMagazine, Mr. Niranjan Babu and his wife Mrs. Umarani visited USA and UK on special invitations from ISKCON (USA and UK) and others. They left Bangalore early morning on the 7th February 2011 to reach Los Angeles in the evening. They were warmly received by the hosts and were accommodated at the guest house that is located in a spacious ISKCON campus in Los Angeles. The next few days Mr. Niranjan Babu visited the historic temple, residence and the gardens where the founder of ISKCON Sri Prabhupada stayed and spent much time meditating and preaching during the years 1970 through 1976. A wide white wooden staircase leads to the quarters on the second floor of the temple where Sri Prabhupada had close darshan of the deities, performed pujas and conducted spiritual and theological classes.
Mr. Niranjan Babu was taken around the vast campus to review the Vastu aspects. Based on the review, he suggested Vastu appropriate |  | | measures for the quarters and the surrounding areas that could help in creating an environment of peace, comfort and tranquility to guests of ISKCON and visiting devotees. He also conducted an interactive power point presentation on application of Vastu in modern times. Mr. Bill Levacy, President of the American College of Vedic Astrology (ACVA), and his wife Mrs. Peggy had arranged a special seminar and talk by Mr. Niranjan Babu at a leading Yoga institute of California. His presentation included specific guidelines for Vastu balancing of various environments. The attendees participated with interest and enthusiasm.
Mr. Niranjan Babu and Mrs. Umarani flew to Tampa where they were met by his brother and sister-in-law (Mr. and Mrs. Kumar Babu) They had come from Boston to spend time with them in Tampa. The families visited resorts, specialty malls and other places of interest to tourists. Mr. Niranjan Babu was taken around the Florida Datta Nilayam. He conducted a Vastu review of a site and the surrounding environment for a proposed Hindu temple in Florida.
After an enjoyable visit to Florida, they left for Chicago to spend some time with his brother and sister-in-law (Dr. and Mrs. Sureshwara) . They visited internationally well-known temples of Sri Rama and Sri Venkateswara Swami located in the Chicago suburbs of Lemont and Aurora, respectively. They visited central Illinois at the specific invitation of a group of dedicated people to oversee and review the site for the proposed construction of a planned Hindu Temple.
After a busy and hectic visit of USA, Mr. Niranjan Babu and Mrs. Umarani left for London and were affectionately welcomed by the UK ISKCON hosts. The next few days were spent in Vastu review and discussion covering ISKCON�S current and upcoming projects. They also took the opportunity to visit friends in greater London area, British Museum in London and other places of interest to tourists. Mr. Niranjan Babu presented a four hour Power Point seminar titled �Fascinating World of Vastu Shastra� at the Bhaktivedanta Manor, Watford. It was well received and appreciated by the participants. They reached Bangalore on the 4th of March 2011, after a very successful tour of USA and UK.
Mr Niranjan Babu had significant number of invitations for consultations, presenting talks and seminars from various organizations and individuals. However, he regrets he was unable to accept some of them not only because of the existing heavy schedule but also due to time and other constraints. He is now looking forward to fulfill the requests of those who were unable to meet him during the just completed visit on his next visit to USA and other countries.
