Bob Dylan (Robert Zimmerman), received the 2016 Nobel prize for Literature and is the first laureate chosen to receive the award for lyrics as written by a musician. This is only the second time that an American has received the Nobel prize for literature.
His award will be bestowed on December 10th, in Stockholm, Sweden. At this initial writing his notification on October 13, 2016 had yet to be acknowledged by him or others that have been notified. After a delay of over a week, he has acknowledged the honor and plans to attend the ceremony.

Venus is the karaka (signification planet) for literature and publishing. Sartre was just beginning Venus Dasa with navamsa natal Venus in the 10th with lord of the 7th Moon in Malavya Yoga (Venus in its own sign in an angle from both the moon in Libra (by conjunction) and in the strongest 10th kendra (angle) from the Lagna (rising sign) of Capricorn)
For Dylan, Mercury (the karaka planet for writing and communication) dasa was in place, with 00�00 natal Mercury, lord of 8 (hiding) and 11th (fame) transiting in exaltation in shubra ketari yoga (taking the Sun as a benefic as raja yoga conferring lord of the 10th) in his 11th house of gains which has natally 30 (high) ashtakavarga points, and the announcement day was in 11th (using noon, the solar chart which puts the sun on the midheaven) also in high ashtakavarga of 35 points of house strength).
